Terms of Service
Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the YPtun application (the "Application" or "Software") developed for iOS, Android, and Desktop platforms. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Application

2. Grant of License
Subject to these Terms and the applicable platform terms (including Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions), you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on devices that you own or control.
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of non-open-source components of the Application, except where permitted by applicable law;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Application to third parties;
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

When using the Application, you may import subscription links or connection credentials for third-party servers. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful authorization to access and route traffic through any server configuration you import into YPtun;
- We do not monitor, endorse, control, or operate third-party proxy or VPN endpoints imported by users;
- Network performance, stability, availability, and encryption standards depend directly on the external server nodes configured by the user.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers or distributors of YPtun be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or network interruption arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software.
